The drinks and snacks were way too expensive. I get that places mark stuff up, but come on, they’re definitely taking advantage a bit

I stopped in and found some really cute gifts. The staff were super nice and helpful, and everything in there was easy to browse. The little items was adorable

Had a really nice time at the Buffalo Zoo. We got to see a bunch of animals, like the giraffes, the rhinos, the sea lions, and a few birds I definitely don’t know the names of. Some animals were a little hard to find, and a few were just sleeping inside or hiding in the shade, which is normal for zoos, I guess. The exhibits were easy to walk through, the paths were simple to follow, and it was a good place to just wander around, take pictures, grab a snack, and enjoy the day. Overall, it was fun and I’d definitely go back again.

I thought the tickets were worth it. We bought them online, which was simple and didn’t take much time at all, so that was already a good start. Once we got there, we ended up spending a few hours just walking around, checking out the different animals, and taking our time rather than feeling rushed. There was enough to see that the ticket price didn’t feel like a waste or overpriced, especially for a family outing where you want something that keeps everyone busy for a while. Overall, Buffalo Zoo felt like a solid deal and a nice way to spend the day

I went to the Buffalo Zoo on a weekend and assumed it was going to be a long wait from the start. The entry line actually moved quickly, which surprised me. I figured the food would be the same, but that ended up taking a bit longer. Still, it was a nice visit overall and I’m glad we went

My kids seem to have learned a lot from it. I can’t say for sure exactly how much came from this versus other things they’ve been doing, but they’ve been talking about it and showing more interest, so I’m happy with it.

I went with my kids for a special event, and we had a fun time. The lines around the food area got a little long, which was a bit frustrating, but the staff we talked to were really nice and helpful. My kids were able to see the animals easily, so that definitely made the visit feel worth it.

customer service was super helpful and patient with us. they took the time to answer our questions and made the whole thing feel a lot easier.

So... the lines actually moved along better than I expected, and the crowds weren’t too bad. Overall, it was a okay experience.

Took the kids to the Buffalo Zoo parking was way easier than I thought it would be. The lot was close enough that we didn’t have to drag everyone across a huge distance, which was a relief. It definitely started filling up later though, so I’d say get there early if you can. Anyway.

The place was okay overall, but it needed better cleaning. I noticed a few spots that seemed missed, which was disappointing. I was also a bit confused because the email said one thing, but the experience felt like another, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect.

Took my kids to the Buffalo Zoo last weekend and we had a really nice time. The animals all seemed alert and well cared for, and there were keepers around a lot, especially by the gorillas and seals. My kids could’ve probably stood there watching the seals forever. Some of the habitats looked spacious and clean, though a couple of the older areas did feel a little small or outdated. Nothing that ruined the visit, just something I noticed as we walked around. I also liked seeing the signs about enrichment and conservation. Overall, it felt like the animal care is solid, so I’d give it 4 stars. I just hope they keep working on updating some of the older sections.

Visited the Buffalo Zoo and overall had a good time. The layout was easy to follow, which I appreciated because I like to keep track of where I am and not end up wandering around unnecessarily. Most of the animals are grouped in a way that makes sense, so we didn’t feel like we were looping in circles too much. A few signs could definitely be clearer though, since we missed a couple areas at first and had to backtrack. Still, it was a nice visit overall. I’d give it 4 stars.

I thought it would be a simple little zoo day, but then suddenly I’m standing in the rainforest section feeling like I’ve been dropped into a mini adventure film. The exhibits were clean, easy to view, and it never felt like we were fighting through a crowd just to see the animals. The big cats area was definitely a highlight too. A few parts of the zoo do show their age a bit, but everything still felt well cared for. Overall, it turned into a really fun visit, and the exhibits were way better than I expected

The bathrooms were stocked, the paths were easy to walk around, and the animal areas looked like they were being well taken care of. There are a few older spots here and there, sure, but overall they really do a great job keeping the place nice.

There were enough places to stop for snacks, which definitely helped. Some areas felt a bit crowded, or maybe we just went at a busy time, but overall it felt really family friendly and worth doing...

I found it easy to find most spots, honestly. I’d open it up, look around for a second, and usually figure out where I needed to go without much hassle. A couple places took me a minute, but maybe that was just me getting distracted and thinking about where I was headed next. Overall, it did what I needed.

I’d say it was worth it overall. I still remember that little feeling of relief after trying it and realizing I hadn’t wasted my money. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but it did what I needed it to do, and that alone made me feel good about the purchase.

Most of the paths were easy to get around on, which was great, but wow, the signs could definitely be clearer. I found myself second-guessing where to go way more than I should have, and for a minute I was acting like I’d been dropped into a survival challenge. Overall it was fine, but better signage would make a huge difference
